In six years the lowest Salaries of CIVIL SERVANTS up from USD 1.2 million Being USD $ 2.25 Million

Jakarta -the Government States from 2007 to 2012, the well-being of CIVIL SERVANTS continued to rise. The lowest salary of CIVIL SERVANTS has been climbing from Usd 1,285 million/month in 2007 to Usd 2,256 million/month in 2012.

So the contents of the Memorandum which quoted Finance RAPBN 2013 detikFinance, Tuesday (9/8/2012).

"THP (take home pay) for CIVIL SERVANTS with the lowest rank (the I/a is not mating) experienced an increase of approximately USD 1.285.400 in 2007 (equivalent to 210 kg of rice) into about $ 2.256.100 in the year 2012 (equivalent of 455 kg of rice)," so the contents of the Financial Memorandum.

In addition to CIVIL SERVANTS, special for teachers, teacher with the lowest rank THP (Group II/a not mating) increased from approximately USD 1.784.000 in 2007 (equivalent to 310 kg rice) to about Rp 2.993.000 in 2012 (equivalent to 600 kg of rice).

Whereas for TNI/Polri with the lowest rank (Tamtama/commissioned officer) take home pay his experience increased from approximately USD 1.843.400 in 2007 (equivalent to 413 kg of rice) into about $ 2.912.200 in 2012 (the equivalent to 587 kg of rice).

Each idea, indeed a budget for the cost of Government-issued State employees continues to increase. In the period 2007-2012, the realization in nominal expenditures employees experience increased an average of 18.6% per year, i.e. from Usd 90,4 billion (2.3% of GDP) in 2007, to Rp 212,3 billion (2.5% of GDP) in 2012.

Correspondingly, the proportion of employees to the total expenditures of State expenditures also increased from 11.9% in 2007 to 13.7% in 2012.

According to the Memorandum, the Financial amount indicates an increase of Rp 10,9 billion or 10.7% of BUDGET-P launched in 2012 which is Rp 101,3 billion.

The increase was primarily due to increases in salary policy amounted to an average of 7%, as well as the provision of a reserve budget to anticipate the need for additional new salary employees in Central Government agencies in order to increase the quality of public services and replacing employees who enter the retirement age.
