Jatah BBM Subsidi Terancam 'Jebol' Lagi, Agus Marto Ingatkan ESDM

Jakarta - Kuota atau jatah BBM subsidi di tahun ini yang mencapai 46 juta kiloliter (KL) terancam 'jebol'lagi. Kementerian ESDM diminta bisa mengendalikan konsumsi BBM subsidi.

Hal ini disampaikan oleh Menteri Keuangan Agus Martowardojo di kantornya, Jalan Wahidin Raya, Jakarta, Kamis (10/1/2013).

"Sektor yang harus menjaga itu adalah ESDM bersama dengan jajarannya. Kalau seandainya aspek yang lain secara umum terkendali dan baik, tapi untuk BBM bersubsidi itu jadi perhatian," tegas Agus Marto.

Agus Marto mengatakan, dirinya baru saja mendengar informasi dari Kementerian ESDM soal adanya kekhawatiran jatah BBM subsidi di tahun ini bisa 'jebol' menjadi 48 juta KL. Agus Marto tidak ingin ini terjadi, karena bakal menyedot anggaran subsidi yang sangat besar.

Untuk itu, Agus Marto menegaskan pihaknya akan melakukan koordinasi untuk mengantisipasi potensi lonjakan konsumsi BBM bersubsidi ini sehingga tidak membahayakan kemampuan fiskal negara.

"Itu jadi perhatian kami dan kami akan reconfirm kalau memang seperti itu, kami perlu segera melakukan pertemuan koordinasi karena untuk saya, penting sekali kita bisa menjaga BBM bersubsidi itu di level 46 juta KL," paparnya.

Sebelumnya, Wakil Menteri ESDM Rudi Rubiandini memprediksi kuota atau jatah BBM subsidi tahun depan akan kembali jebol dari yang ditetapkan 46 juta kiloliter (KL), apabila harga tidak dinaikkan dari Rp 4.500 per liter.

Jika tidak dilakukan langkah-langkah sistematis, maka kuota BBM subsidi 2013 bisa tembus hingga 48 juta KL.

Agus Marto: Electricity Rates Up Does Not Mean No Matter The Poor

Jakarta -the Government proposes the next year to raise Electricity Tariffs (TTL) gradually each quarter or ' dicicil ' 3 months ago. The Government denied if arguably not to dwell on the poor.

Finance Minister Agus Martowardojo said, next year the Government is planning to propose an increase in electricity rates. However, all is done incrementally each 3 months ago.

"We want to be well managed, subsidies, capital expenditures budget so that we can really have a quality shopping, but with soaring TTL this does not mean we do not pay attention to the poor," said Agus when found in his residence, Widya Chandra Complex, Jalan Gatot Subroto, Jakarta, Monday (19/8/2012).

Agus said, with an increase in electricity rates, it is precisely the Government pays attention to the poor. Kenbaikan done so don't get electricity subsidy enjoyed by people who are not entitled or people can afford.

"We pay attention to the poor, the bottom line don't get subsidies, people who enjoy not eligible. We want subsidies policy directions are better managed, but poverty rates can still be reduced constantly, "he explained.

But Agus can't verify whether an increase in electricity rates are charged on all customers or only for certain electricity customers, especially the middle and upper classes.

"It is still uncertain, we are still going to talk it over with the HOUSE of REPRESENTATIVES, but the proposal we ride per quarter once," he asserts.

The Government plans to propose an increase in electricity rates around 10% next year to the HOUSE of REPRESENTATIVES. Increment is done incrementally every 3 months.
