Djan Faridz: An Interested Developer can work on House for CIVIL SERVANTS

Jakarta -Minister of Housing (Menpera) Djan Faridz expects Perum in Perumnas could build the House to meet all the needs of low-income housing community (MBR), especially civil servants (CIVIL SERVANTS). During this private developer circles less interested in its execution of this segment.

"Hopefully by 2013 in Perumnas could be a lead in the procurement of housing for low-income people. We want to try to restore in Perumnas like while in Perumnas formed, "said Djan as found in the Kemenko Office, Economy Field Road, Bull Jakarta, Monday (14/8/2012).

He hoped the target in Perumnas as a provider of home for MBR and CIVIL SERVANTS can be achieved in accordance with the needs of the community as in all districts of cities and towns in Indonesia need the construction of houses for CIVIL SERVANTS.

"Especially CIVIL SERVANTS, just developers not interested then we do indeed expect in Perumnas," he continued.

For the needs of the House, about 180 thousand Djan mention homes in 60 districts of the city. "The MoU already 60 districts of the city, when multiplied by 180 thousand alone is 3000. In fact it has just 60 district of the city, when the city's districts can 500 budek, "he said.

Regarding the budget, States need around Rp Djan 14 billion for the construction of House in 2013. "With this year's budget, we might Rp 7 trillion, next year we're Rp 14 trillion operating," he asserts.
